Refund Policy

At Cheshire Pathway Mediation, we understand that circumstances can change. We aim to handle refunds and cancellations fairly and transparently, while respecting the time and preparation involved in delivering our services.

1. Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked mediation session, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued, or we will reschedule your session at no extra cost.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: You may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost to cover preparation time and lost availability.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows without notice): No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date and time, or

  • A full refund, if rescheduling is not possible or convenient

We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits for initial consultations may be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Any services already delivered are non-refundable.
